My Facebook account says, I have around 900 friends but many of them don’t spend time with me every day and live miles away from me but I am blessed to have many close friends in Canberra whom I can talk to anytime I wish. There is always one with whom you are closer to and spend your most of the time and is special than others! In my case, she is Sylvia, one who has always been kind, gentle towards me.
I happen to know her through my block mate and when I saw her, I felt the need of having such a friend in my life because I was simply impressed with her profile. I have found very many qualities about her and it compelled me to enlighten others with her personality through this post!
She has been very successful throughout her life and she has seen a lot in her very short life, i.e. I would say, she is a diamond who made herself from the coal. She has not been very lucky in her life or she hasn’t got everything in her hands, she has always strived and worked hard to get them and she has made all the efforts to get what she is today. There are uncountable qualities in her which this blog post can’t accommodate, but let me write a few. She is very strong person, nice, sincere, loving and caring person have given me her precious time, guidance and knowledge without any condition and probably without expecting anything in return. Her passion for music, cooking and her love for pets shows what a diverse personality she owns and her expressions and dialogues have always cheered me up when I was down. Not only in personal life, she has also guided me with my studies and has motivated me to focus and prioritize.
It was very hard to say Good bye to her when recently she moved to another country to pursue her career, she went thousands miles and will be missed by me and her other close friends. The time we had together (26 Oct 2009 – 30 June 2010) was wonderful and meaningful and will always remain in my memories for the rest of my life.
Sylvia, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for everything you have done for me. This place will not be same and I wish you success and happiness in your future life. I will try to meet with you everytime I come to United States of America. Keep in touch.
